Porsche Unveils the Powerful New Cayenne E-Hybrid and E-Hybrid Coupe

‘Cayenne E-Hybrid’

Porsche Korea announced on the 16th that the 3rd generation new Cayenne E-Hybrid and Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupe will officially launch in the country.

Porsche Korea is expanding its product portfolio with a newly enhanced hybrid model through extensive upgrades to the luxury SUV new Cayenne.

The new Cayenne E-Hybrid and Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupe are equipped with a new electric motor that delivers 176 horsepower (130 kW), an improvement of 30 kW compared to the previous model, resulting in a total output of 470 horsepower (PS). Both models can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, with a top speed of 254 km/h.

Fitted with a high-voltage battery with an increased capacity from 17.9 kWh to 25.9 kWh, the vehicles offer a maximum pure electric driving range of up to 90 km according to WLTP standards, depending on the equipment level. The new 11 kW onboard charger reduces charging time to under 2 hours and 30 minutes, despite the increased battery capacity, when optimal charging conditions are met. The optimized e-hybrid driving mode enhances the vehicle’s efficiency.

A new adaptive air suspension utilizing a 2-chamber, 2-valve technology significantly improves the driving experience. Compared to the previous model, the smoother suspension stabilizes the vehicle while enhancing driving precision and performance, reducing body movement during dynamic driving situations. The suspension clearly differentiates between Normal, Sport, and Sport Plus driving modes.

The new Cayenne E-Hybrid incorporates all of Cayenne’s innovative features. This includes a curved standalone instrument cluster with a variable display option, a newly designed center console, and an optional display for the front passenger.

Furthermore, the vehicle stands out with a sophisticated design and innovative lighting technology that creates an aggressive look. The new front end emphasizes the vehicle’s width with a stronger arching wing, a new hood, and technologically advanced headlights. The rear end design is completed with three-dimensional taillights, a clean surface, and a license plate holder integrated into the new rear apron.

Matrix LED headlights are standard, while the high-resolution HD matrix LED headlights—one of the major upgrades applied to the new Cayenne—are now available as an optional feature.

The selling prices for the new Cayenne E-Hybrid and E-Hybrid Coupe are 145.4 million KRW and 148.5 million KRW, including VAT. The coupe version will be available in both four-seater and five-seater models.
