Hankook Launches New AMF Battery with Exciting Promotion!

Hankook & Company is launching a promotional campaign to celebrate the domestic launch of its Advanced Maintenance Free (AMF) batteries under the global brand ‘Hankook’ until June 30.

This promotion is aimed at expanding communication touchpoints with domestic consumers through the latest AMF battery product, developed with Hankook & Company’s top-tier automotive lead-acid battery technology. The product is designed specifically for vehicles equipped with an Alternator Management System (AMS) and includes 38 specifications, providing optimal energy solutions for passenger cars, trucks, and buses.

During the promotion period, customers consulting about purchasing ‘Hankook AMF batteries’ will have the chance to win prizes, including a ₩100,000 GS Caltex fuel gift certificate and a 30% discount voucher for Hankook Tire & Technology Co., Ltd.’s ‘Hankook’ brand tires.

To participate in the promotion, customers can access the promotion page on the official website of Hankook & Company’s Energy Solution (ES) business division (formerly the website of Hankook AtlasBX) and enter their name, contact information, and residence. After entering customer information, they can receive professional consultations at Hankook & Company’s battery retailers, including the total service specialty store ‘T’Station’, where they will be guided on the optimal battery products and key performance for their vehicles.

The ‘Hankook AMF battery’ product released in April by Hankook & Company features improved performance across all metrics compared to the existing ‘AtlasBX’ brand, including product lifespan, rapid charging performance, and storage efficiency. By utilizing the latest premium carbon materials, charging and discharging performance has been enhanced by up to 250%, while rapid charging and storage performance have also improved by 130% and 120%, respectively, perfectly supporting vehicle driving and strengthening the premium brand status in the domestic automotive battery market.

Furthermore, beginning this year, Hankook & Company plans to unify its domestic lead-acid battery lineup, previously operated under two brands (‘Hankook’ and ‘AtlasBX’), under the ‘Hankook’ brand to offer customers the best driving experience.

More details about the promotion can be found on the official website of Hankook & Company’s ES business division.

Meanwhile, Hankook & Company has established approximately 450 clients in about 100 countries worldwide, based on its R&D center in South Korea and three production bases, as well as sales points in the United States and Europe, continuously enhancing its sales competitiveness in the global market.
