Kia Launches Trade-In Program: Enjoy Discounts on Your Next New Car!

Kia has launched its used car trade-in program.

Kia announced on the 1st (Monday) that customers purchasing new cars can receive a discount of up to $300 if they sell their existing Kia vehicle through the certified used car service.

If the Kia vehicle a customer currently owns has been accident-free for 5 years since the new car delivery, with mileage under 100,000 km, it can be sold through the certified used car service.

Customers who sell their existing vehicles can receive a discount of $300 when purchasing any Kia EV models, K5 (including HEV), K8 (including HEV), or Bongo.

Customers purchasing other models will receive a discount of $100.

Customers interested in trade-in can sell their existing vehicles through Kia’s certified used car website ‘Selling My Car’ service on the day of new car departure.

Additionally, Kia is holding an event throughout April, giving $100,000 in Naver Pay points to customers who complete the final sale on the same day they receive a detailed estimate from the certified used car website.

The detailed estimate can be obtained through an ‘on-site evaluation’ where a professional checks the vehicle or a ‘non-face-to-face evaluation’ by uploading photos of the vehicle.

With the ‘non-face-to-face evaluation’, customers can quickly conclude the sale of their vehicle without the hassle of face-to-face evaluations, bargaining, or depreciation negotiations that may arise on-site.

A Kia representative stated, “We will build a reliable used car acquisition service so that both new car customers and used car customers can be satisfied,” and “We will continue to strive to provide innovative customer experiences.”
