Unveiling the All-New 2024 K9: A Luxurious Evolution

‘The 2024 K9’

Kia announced the official launch of ‘The 2024 K9’ on Tuesday, the 2nd, kicking off its sales.

The 2024 K9 features enhanced interior and exterior designs, as well as new convenience features, strengthening its competitive edge in the market.

Kia has incorporated a horizontally patterned radiator grille and 19-inch dark sputtering wheels to the exterior, along with new exterior and interior color options to further elevate its flagship image.

The large radiator grille with a horizontal pattern creates a stable and expansive appearance, combining with the thinner chrome bezel around it to form the K9’s distinct presence.

The exterior colors for The 2024 K9 will include a total of five options, featuring a new ‘Pebble Gray’ color, while the interior colors will have a total of four options, newly adding ‘Mars Brown’ and ‘Misty Gray’. (Note: Misty Gray is available with the Premium Pack option or when selecting the Best Selection II trim.)

Additionally, Kia has improved customer satisfaction from the basic trim of The 2024 K9 by adding popular specifications and safety features such as ▲After Blow function ▲C-type USB ports (front/rear console) ▲vehicle fire extinguisher.

Furthermore, for the first time in a Kia model, an ergo motion seat is available for the front passenger, and memory seats for the front passenger will be standard from the Masters trim, ensuring convenient features that are fitting for a flagship sedan. (Note: The front passenger ergo motion seat is standard on the VIP Collection option or Best Selection II trim.)

The sale prices for The 2024 K9 are as follows: for the 3.8 gasoline model ▲Platinum 59,330,000 KRW ▲Best Selection I 66,650,000 KRW ▲Masters 73,950,000 KRW ▲Best Selection II 82,100,000 KRW; and for the 3.3 gasoline turbo model ▲Platinum 65,880,000 KRW ▲Best Selection I 72,410,000 KRW ▲Masters 78,700,000 KRW ▲Best Selection II 86,850,000 KRW. (Note: Prices are based on a 5% individual consumption tax; Platinum is rear-wheel drive, while other trims are all-wheel drive.)

A Kia representative stated, “The 2024 K9 has enhanced its product quality with the introduction of new premium specifications and the addition of new interior and exterior colors” and added, “With its even more luxurious qualities, it will deliver differentiated satisfaction to customers.”

He further emphasized, “The K9, as Kia’s flagship sedan, goes beyond simple transportation and is a vehicle that can inspire new experiences in the everyday lives of customers,” asserting that it aims to provide an optimal emotional experience for successful leaders with a progressive and sophisticated lifestyle, contributing to a more vibrant journey together.
