Revitalize Your Ride this Spring: Renault Korea’s Special Maintenance Campaign

Renault Korea is launching a ‘Special Maintenance Campaign for Refreshing Driving,’ offering customers a 20% discount on premium air conditioner filter replacements and a 15% discount on standard air conditioner filter replacements until May 31.

Customers visiting Renault Korea’s service centers during this campaign period, who are existing members of the ‘My Renault’ app, can replace their premium air filters at a 20% discounted price. For standard air filters, a 15% discount applies. New customers who sign up for the app on the same day will also receive these maintenance benefits immediately.

Additionally, new My Renault app subscribers who consent to receive SMS and app push marketing information will receive a maintenance discount coupon worth 20,000 KRW, which can be used when the Renault Korea service center restocks, sent via the My Renault app after the event ends.

For general customers who are not My Renault app members, a 15% discount on premium air filters and a 10% discount on standard air filters will be available.

The new ‘PM 0.3 Premium Filter’ featured in this campaign can filter out 99% of ultra-fine dust particles measuring 0.3㎛, helping maintain a cleaner and fresher interior air quality. It also includes an antibacterial coating that prevents the growth of bacteria and allergens within the filter, absorbing unpleasant odors and harmful gases to ensure safer driving during the spring season.

All special maintenance benefits apply only to parts, excluding labor costs. Discounts will not apply to vehicles under insurance, warranty, or accident repair, nor to simple parts purchases. Additionally, corporate, leased, rental, and electric vehicles are excluded from these maintenance benefits.

Renault Korea also provides various customized care service features for customer convenience through the My Renault app, including the ‘Fast Track Maintenance Reservation’ feature, which allows customers to check available service network options for same-day maintenance within two hours. Furthermore, they offer a ‘Care Service 24/7’ to help customers who find it difficult to visit the service center during weekdays by allowing vehicle intake after 6 PM on weekdays and on weekends.

Customers who require visits to the service centers can easily make maintenance reservations through the My Renault app and receive tailored customer benefit information and online maintenance estimates for their vehicle.
