SK Telecom Launches Special Forest Getaway Event for Loyal Customers

On the 14th, SK Telecom announced that it will conduct a “Special T Forest Vacation” event (combining “forest” and “vacation”) for customers who have been loyal for over 10 years, allowing them to enjoy a vacation in nature at Everland.

This event will take place at the “Forest Camp” nature experience area in Everland, located in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, from April 13 to June 3, across a total of 20 sessions. Any customer who has been using SK Telecom services for over 10 years can apply, and if selected, they can bring up to five people, including themselves.

To participate, customers need to search for the “Special T” program on SK Telecom’s mobile app, T World, and apply through the event page (https://skt-specialt.com/picnic/). SK Telecom plans to offer event benefits to over 6,300 of its long-term loyal customers through a lottery.

To ensure a comfortable experience for participants, SK Telecom will provide a welcome package consisting of gourmet picnic lunches, mats, snacks, and mosquito patches for all customers participating in the event.

Event participants will enjoy four activities, including a bingo game searching for flowers and leaves in the forest, gliding, taking Polaroid photos, and coloring book experiences. Additionally, they can partake in outdoor music concerts and magic shows in the forest. Various board games and books will be available for rent, and when taking photos at designated photo zones, participants can receive special prizes.

On May 5, a special event for Children’s Day will allow 1,000 participants to purchase a full-day admission ticket for Everland for only 10,000 won and will include an exclusive relaxation space at Everland’s premium camping area, “Glamping Hill,” along with a welcome package.

SK Telecom launched the “Special T” program in January of this year, which provides special benefits to long-term loyal customers. Customers who have been with SK Telecom for over five years are offered data equivalent to their years of subscription (in 1GB units) annually, and those over 10 years get additional event benefits.

They are receiving a warm response from customers by providing monthly discounts on tickets for concerts and exhibitions through the online ticketing site Interpark Ticket.
