Lamborghini Unveils the Last Hurrah: The Exclusive Huracan STJ

Lamborghini is releasing the last Huracan, the ‘Huracan STJ,’ globally limited to just 10 units, powered by the brand’s engineering icon, the naturally aspirated V10 engine.

The naturally aspirated V10 engine symbolizes the history of Automobili Lamborghini and contributed to the success of the V10 super sports car Huracan lineup, first introduced in 2014. The last of the Huracan series, the Huracan STJ, will pave the way for a completely transformed super sports car featuring a new hybrid powertrain later this year.

Based on the Huracan STO, the Huracan STJ carries forward the racing spirit of the STO while introducing a performance upgrade package that boasts the best performance in the history of the Huracan lineup.

The ‘STJ’ in Huracan STJ stands for Super Trofeo Jota. Super Trofeo refers to the Lamborghini one-make championship that started in 2009, while Jota refers to Appendix J of the international automobile federation regulations that define specifications for racing cars. This initial is also ascribed to many historical models developed for the track based on aggressive performance from the Miura SVJ to the Aventador SVJ.

The Huracan STJ is distinguished by a dedicated aerodynamic package developed by Lamborghini’s motorsport division, Squadra Corse, based on over a decade of expertise gained from the Gran Turismo competition. It features the ‘Cofango,’ which integrates the hood, fender, and front bumper into one piece, further enhancing the sophisticated aerodynamics of the Huracan STO, while increasing the angle of the rear wing by 3° compared to the production model, thus maintaining perfect balance while boosting downforce by 10%.

Similar to the Huracan STO, the Huracan STJ is controlled by a rear-wheel-drive dedicated 7-speed dual-clutch (LDF – Lamborghini Doppia Frizione), delivering a maximum output of 640 horsepower (CV) and a peak torque of 57.6 kg.m (565 Nm) at 8,000 rpm.

Mechanical grip has been significantly improved by replacing the standard active suspension with four adjustable racing shock absorbers. The shock absorbers can be adjusted in four directions, optimizing rebound and compression across all amplitude ranges to freely choose settings according to track characteristics. This allows for optimal dynamic control of the vehicle while using low spring stiffness and enhancing steering precision. Super high-performance Bridgestone Potenza Race tires optimized for maximum driving dynamics are mounted on 20-inch single-nut wheels.

Thanks to these technical features, the lap time on the handling track at Italy’s Nardò Technical Center was reduced by more than 1 second compared to the Huracan STO.

The sportiness of the Huracan STJ is also reflected in two different configurations and livery options designed by Lamborghini’s Centro Stile. The first configuration combines a Grigio Telesto (Gray) body with a Nero Noctis (Black) roof and Rosso Mars (Red) and Bianco Isi (White) details, featuring Nero Cosmus (Black) Alcantara seats with contrasting Rosso Alala (Red) stitching.

The second configuration features a Blu Eliadi (Blue) body with a Nero Noctis (Black) roof and Rosso Mars (Red) and Bianco Isi (White) details. Both versions feature a carbon fiber plate engraved with “1 of 10.” Additionally, there is an option to add a custom plate on the passenger side upon customer request.
