Audi’s New ‘Audi to You’ Service: Personalized Test Drives at Your Doorstep

Audi Korea is launching the ‘Audi to You’ service, a personalized test drive program aimed at expanding customer touchpoints and enhancing convenience.

‘Audi to You’ offers a tailored test drive service, where Audi sales advisors visit customers at their preferred locations for vehicle test drives and consultations. Audi Korea has introduced this service to prioritize customer convenience, taking into account the changes in purchasing behavior and lifestyle, while also providing a premium experience unique to the Audi brand.

To utilize this service, customers simply click on “Audi to You” on the test drive application page on the Audi Korea website, select the vehicle model they wish to test drive, and register their desired address. Experienced sales advisors, who have completed Audi’s specialized sales training and have over three years of experience, will then visit the customer. Each Audi dealership across the country has at least three dedicated ‘Audi to You’ sales advisors, and the nearest advisor coordinates with the customer to schedule the visit.

To celebrate the launch of the ‘Audi to You’ test drive and consultation service, Audi Korea will give a special gift to the first 1,000 customers who utilize the service.

Additionally, Audi operates various after-sales services, including the ‘Audi Chatbot’ service, which is available 24/7 for inquiries. Customers purchasing the 2024 model vehicles will also receive a pickup and delivery service for a total of six one-way trips over three years, in addition to the free consumable maintenance coupon, CSP (Car Service Plus), that existing car buyers receive.

Moreover, they are providing various notification services to enhance customer satisfaction with A/S services, such as ‘Service Reminders’ that inform users before the expiration of the ESP (Extended Service Package) and CSP periods, and ‘Repair Progress Updates’ that notify customers of the status of repairs via text message. Audi also plans to install sales booths at service centers nationwide to facilitate more convenient purchase consultations for customers.

Audi Korea aims to allow more customers to experience the premium lifestyle associated with the Audi brand and to create a business environment optimized for the new mobility era across various aspects of sales, network, and services.
