Toyota Korea Unveils New Dongtan Service Center

Toyota Korea announced on the 5th that it has officially opened the ‘Dongtan Service Center’ in Osan, Gyeonggi Province.

The ‘Toyota Dongtan Service Center’, located in Osan-dong, Osan-si, has a total floor area of 388.7m² (site area 1,109m²) and is a two-story facility that provides one-stop services for general maintenance and customer support. It is also conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Osan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway, making it easily accessible for customers.

The ‘Toyota Dongtan Service Center’ employs technicians with extensive on-site experience and expertise, providing quick and accurate services. It features a total of three work bays capable of handling 350 general maintenance jobs per month. The service reception and service center are located on the first floor, while the café-style customer lounge is on the second floor, enabling customers to enjoy a comfortable break while receiving service. Additionally, to celebrate the grand opening, an event will run until March 29, offering a ‘Stanley Tumbler Set’ to customers who receive paid repairs of 300,000 won or more at the Dongtan Service Center.

Manabu Konyama, President of Toyota Korea, stated, “The newly opened Dongtan Service Center will serve as a hub that shares Toyota’s values of providing differentiated brand experiences and customer delight service. We will continue to strive for improved customer satisfaction in the future,” he said.
