Audi Korea has announced that its official dealer, Bayern Auto, will be opening a new ‘Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center’.
The ‘Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center’, spanning 628㎡, is equipped with a total of five work bays, allowing for the maintenance of up to 30 vehicles per day. The customer waiting area, featuring Audi’s new corporate identity, is set to enhance customer satisfaction significantly by providing a comfortable and premium brand-aligned service environment during waiting times.
Located within Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport, which boasts an average daily foot traffic of over 40,000, this new service center is strategically positioned to cater to customers from not only Seoul but also neighboring areas such as Bucheon and Gimpo. The ‘Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center’ aims to strengthen local services with its excellent accessibility and high-quality service offerings.
A representative from Bayern Auto stated, “We will fully leverage the strategic location of the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center, which is our first service network, to provide a more convenient service infrastructure for customers and ensure they experience Audi’s premium service.” They also mentioned, “We plan to introduce various customer convenience services for Audi customers traveling through Gimpo Airport in the future.”
To celebrate the opening of the ‘Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center’, Bayern Auto will hold a variety of events. Until the end of April, all customers using the service center will receive a 20% discount on Audi genuine parts, accessories, and collections, and five customers will be selected to win an ‘Audi Golf Bag Set’.
Located on the 3rd basement level (P1) of Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport, the ‘Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center’ operates from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 7 PM.
