‘Casper Studio Songpa’

Hyundai Motor Company will open its first dedicated Casper exhibition space, ‘Casper Studio Songpa’, on the 27th (Wednesday).

Located at the Songpanaru Station intersection with a total area of 240 square meters (about 72 pyeong), ‘Casper Studio Songpa’ is designed as a non-contact offline exhibition space where customers can experience the Casper vehicle before purchasing online and receive purchase consultations.

Since the launch of the Casper in 2021, Hyundai has operated pop-up store-style exhibition spaces in four locations: Seongsu, Yongin, Haeundae, and Jeju. This is the first time it has opened a permanent exhibition space.

‘Casper Studio Songpa’ is accessible to anyone without a separate reservation, after issuing a My Pass at the kiosk located at the entrance.

As customers enter, a large media wall displays individual welcome messages, and personalized audio streaming services are provided to create a tailored space experience for visitors.

Inside the exhibition space, a total of four Casper vehicles are displayed, including one specialized exhibition vehicle. Digital specification tables are placed at each exhibited vehicle, allowing visitors to check vehicle options, catalogs, and price lists.

Additionally, interior and exterior color chips showcasing various colors of the Casper, as well as lifestyle goods, are available in the exhibition space.

In ‘Casper Studio Songpa’, a Casper Connector Zone and a Private Booth Zone have been established, allowing visitors to experience the vehicle thoroughly before moving on to consultation and purchase.

The Casper Connector Zone is a space where customers can virtually combine their preferred color, trim, and options using the Casper-specific configurator and receive detailed estimates. Customers can also save the estimates, catalogs, and price lists received through SMS to their personal mobile phones using the My Pass issued upon entry.

After completing a self-estimate at the Casper Connector Zone, customers can move to the Private Booth Zone for further purchasing consultations.

In the Private Booth Zone, professional consultants from the online Casper customer center share the website screen with the customers in real time, supporting the purchasing process from vehicle estimates to contracts in a non-contact manner. It is also possible to proceed with non-contact consultations directly in the Private Booth Zone without going through the Casper Connector Zone.

A Hyundai Motor Company representative stated, “With the opening of Casper Studio Songpa, we expect to resolve customers’ concerns about experiencing the actual vehicle and direct consultations that have been difficult due to the online-only sales of the Casper. Hyundai Motor plans to continually provide unique opportunities for customers to experience vehicles through various attempts, including integrating IT technology in addition to non-contact exhibition spaces.”

‘Casper Studio Songpa’ will be open year-round, from 10 AM to 10 PM daily (note that non-contact consultations in the Private Booth Zone will operate until 9 PM).

Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Company is conducting various events to celebrate the opening of ‘Casper Studio Songpa’.

For visitors to ‘Casper Studio Songpa’, Hyundai is offering ▲ drink exchange coupons, ▲ eco-friendly Casper eco bags & Casper image candies, and ▲ a one-month audio curation services voucher, along with a ₩50,000 fuel gift certificate for customers who complete delivery after non-contact consultations in the Private Booth Zone.

The event will run from the opening date of ‘Casper Studio Songpa’ on March 27 (Wednesday) until May 7 (Tuesday), and further details can be found on the Casper online homepage (casper.hyundai.com).
