The Mercedes-Benz Social Contribution Committee has announced that the 11th Mercedes-Benz Give and Race will be held in Busan on April 7, in collaboration with the Busan Metropolitan City and the Children and Future Foundation, starting participant registration from February 21.
The Mercedes-Benz Give and Race is a charity running event aimed at supporting educational and medical expenses for underprivileged children and youth since its inception in 2017. Up to last year, it has achieved approximately 105,000 participants and accumulated donations of around 5.6 billion won through a total of 10 events.
This year, the event will accommodate 20,000 participants, divided into three categories: 10km, 8km, and 3km. Participants will start from BEXCO and Gwangalli Beach, running through the iconic Gwangan Bridge, among other landmarks of the city.
Participants will receive a sports bag and a functional t-shirt, alongside a finishing medal commemorating the event. Following the race, there will be an award ceremony for the oldest and youngest participants, as well as performances by popular musicians.
The entire amount raised from this event will be allocated to aid the education and medical expenses of underprivileged children and youth. The participant fee is set at 50,000 won per person, which will be wholly donated, with options available for additional contributions.

Registration for the event will open at 10 AM on February 21 and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis through the official website of the 11th Mercedes-Benz Give and Race.
Since 2020, the Mercedes-Benz Social Contribution Committee has been actively collaborating with the Busan Metropolitan City at least once a year to practice community coexistence and was awarded the Busan Mayor’s Award for Contributions to the Development of Busan’s Local Community in 2022.
