Kia’s Ambitious Recruitment Drive: Aiming for Double-Digit Talent Acquisition in IT and Beyond

Kia announced on the 19th that it will actively recruit a double-digit number of skilled professionals across various fields, including information technology (IT) by the recruitment homepage, until February 29 (Thursday).

The recruitment roles in the IT sector include a total of 16 positions such as ▲ IT Development ▲ IT Management & Technical Support ▲ SW Architect ▲ Data, Infrastructure & Security Engineer.

Kia plans to strengthen its IT development capabilities by actively recruiting IT talent as part of the Hyundai Motor Group’s vision to develop all vehicles with a software-centered approach by 2025.

In addition to the IT sector, Kia is also conducting experienced recruitment in 12 other areas including ▲ Customer Experience ▲ Manufacturing Solutions ▲ Purchasing ▲ Quality ▲ Production.

The recruitment process involves document screening (early March), competency testing and first-round interviews (late March), and second-round interviews (mid-April). For the IT sector, a pre-test and coding test will be conducted separately, and successful candidates will join the company in the first half of this year.
