As Fu Bao prepares to move to the China Giant Panda Conservation Research Center in early April, its popularity is skyrocketing. There has been an explosive increase in consumers who want to cherish the image of Fu Bao, born and raised in Korea. Consequently, there is a significant interest in the Tmoney card that perfectly captures Fu Bao’s adorable likeness.
Tmoney has collaborated with Everland, the country’s largest theme park, to unveil two types of ‘Fu Bao Tmoney Cards’ on the 21st. With its many nicknames like ‘Yongin Fu-shi’, ‘Princess Fu’, ‘Fu-lungi’, ‘Fu-Duntun’, and ‘Fu-Jangku’, the card encapsulates the charming characteristics of Fu Bao and is expected to be a wonderful gift for its fans.
The new Fu Bao Tmoney cards are released in two designs: ‘Fu Bao Yum Yum’ and ‘Fu Bao Peekaboo’. These cards beautifully depict the cute princess Fu Bao and capture the distinctive yellow fur color characteristic of the nickname ‘Fu-lungi’. The back of the card showcases Fu Bao’s round backside. Additionally, an image sticker set featuring Fu Bao’s favorite items, such as bamboo, carrots, and crowns, is included for decorating cards or planners. They are exclusively released at GS25 and will be available in a limited edition of 20,000 pieces (10,000 of each design).
To celebrate this launch, Tmoney is holding various customer engagement events from today (February 21) until March 15. Customers can receive various gifts by authenticating their purchase of the ‘Fu Bao Tmoney Card’ through the ‘Our Neighborhood GS APP’. Prizes include: ▲ a 50,000 won Everland gift card (for 50 people), ▲ a three-tier panda umbrella from Everland (for 100 people), ▲ Bao Family acrylic stands (for 200 people), and ▲ Fu Bao basket acrylic keychains (for 1,000 people).
