Yoon Gi-yeon, Product Expert at The Class Hyosung, an official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, has been recognized as the ‘Best CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) PE’ by Mercedes-Benz.

The ‘Best CSI PE (Product Expert)’ award is given to employees who achieve high customer satisfaction ratings within each dealership, as recommended by their respective organizations. Yoon Gi-yeon, affiliated with The Class Hyosung’s An-yang Pyeongchon showroom, earned this honor due to his remarkable vehicle expertise and customer service skills.

As a vehicle expert, Yoon Gi-yeon has demonstrated exceptional abilities as a Product Expert, taking responsibility for every stage from test driving to delivery explanations and post-sales support. He continually participates in regular Mercedes-Benz PE specialized training, keeping his knowledge up-to-date on the latest models, from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles, and honing his ability to provide customized services for customers.

Last year, he excelled in training courses and was selected to represent Korea in a video interview as part of the global training program for Mercedes-Benz dealers, ‘Global Training Experience.’ Yoon Gi-yeon’s efforts have significantly contributed to The Class Hyosung An-yang Pyeongchon showroom’s high customer satisfaction levels, culminating in his selection as the ‘Best CSI PE.’

In discussing the key factors for his success, Yoon Gi-yeon highlighted: ▲ Customized services considering the customer’s preferences and age group ▲ Swift and accurate solutions tailored to customer needs ▲ Customer engagement strategies based on empathy and attention.

Yoon Gi-yeon expressed, “As someone responsible for the customer’s experience from their initial visit to vehicle delivery, I approach my role with a sense of responsibility and mission.” He added, “I will continue to provide a differentiated brand experience beyond simple customer engagement and ensure accurate vehicle information is conveyed to our customers.”
