Unveiling the Future of Electric Vehicles at EV Trend Korea 2024

The representative EV industry exhibition of South Korea, ‘EV Trend Korea 2024,’ is set to open in March, revealing key sponsors and major participating companies to watch this year.

‘EV Trend Korea 2024’ is a leading domestic exhibition co-hosted by COEX and the Korea Battery Industries Association, featuring a total of 85 electric vehicle-related companies with 450 booths, taking place from March 6 (Wednesday) to 8 (Friday) at COEX in Seoul.

With the ongoing global push for the popularization of electric vehicles and an increasing number of EV users, this year’s exhibition will see major automotive brands such as Hyundai, Kia, along with Chaevi, Modentec, LG Uplus, and LG Electronics as main sponsors. They will showcase their ambitious E-Mobility innovations and diverse, differentiated electric vehicle charging and infrastructure technologies, which are set to be major highlights for visitors this year.

Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the rapidly growing EV charging and infrastructure technologies and the latest trends directly at the venue. Modentec will present its ALL-IN-ONE charger for rapid, semi-fast, and slow charging, as well as the ‘Modernboy’ autonomous robot charging system. LG Electronics will showcase the latest EV charging products, including a 7kW wall-mounted/standing slow charger and 100kW/200kW rapid chargers, while Chaevi will exhibit ultra-fast, fast, and slow chargers. LG Uplus will introduce a differentiated EV charging service called ‘Volt Up’.

EV Trend Korea is currently conducting its second round of online pre-registration via its official website and the pre-registration platform TickGo, allowing attendees to purchase tickets at a 50% discount until February 29 (Thursday).

Meanwhile, EV Trend Korea 2024 will be held concurrently with the largest-ever global battery exhibition ‘InterBattery,’ giving attendees access to both events to explore the latest trends and technologies in the EV and battery industries.
