Porsche Korea Honors Outstanding Service Centers and Staff in 2023 Awards Ceremony

Porsche Korea announced that on the 21st, it held the “2023 Porsche After Sales Challenge” award ceremony at the Porsche Korea office located in the Parnas Tower in Gangnam, honoring service centers and employees.

The “2023 PACE” is part of the global after-sales incentive program from the German headquarters, established to recognize service centers and employees who have made the best efforts to improve customer satisfaction over the past year.

This year’s “2023 PACE” set comprehensive evaluation criteria covering all aspects of after-sales, from customer satisfaction to service quality and operations, in order to select outstanding service centers and award the champions of product sales with excellent track records. In addition, there were individual awards in a total of seven categories.

The best service centers recorded the highest achievements in the overall category, including the “Porsche Service Center Suwon” of Deutsche Motors, “Porsche Service Center Yongsan” of Yongsan Sports Automobile, and “Porsche Service Center Bundang” of Stuttgart Sports Car, recognized for their excellent competitiveness and service capabilities. The ‘Product Sales Champion Award’ was granted to Song In-Woo from the Porsche Service Center Bundang for outstanding sales achievements in Porsche lifestyle and equipment, as well as the Porsche Extended Warranty Program.

Representatives from the best service centers and product sales champions will receive various benefits to enhance after-sales competitiveness and will participate in the final event of the after-sales challenge hosted by the German headquarters. This year, the event will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, providing an opportunity to strengthen connections with distinguished dealers from around the world and to gain a unique experience.

The individual awards, consisting of a total of seven categories, recognized Baek Joo-Hoon from the Porsche Service Center Yongsan in the parts category, Park Hye-Yeon from Stuttgart Sports Car in the warranty category, and Jung Seung-Hwa from the Porsche Service Center Bundang in the technical support category. In the education category, Park Jin-Hee from Deutsche Motors received an award from the Porsche Service Center Gwangju, Kwon Soon-Wook from the Porsche Service Center Yongsan in the mobile service category, Lee Dong-Hae from Seyoung Mobility in the Porsche lifestyle category at the Porsche Service Center Songpa, and Kim Hyung-Jun from Deutsche Motors in the equipment category at the Porsche Service Center Jeju were also recognized.

Holger Brandt, Director of After Sales at Porsche Korea, expressed gratitude to all service center employees for their hard work in providing excellent services to customers at the “2023 PACE Awards Ceremony,” stating, “We will continue to strive for improvement in customer satisfaction and reliable service in the future.”

Porsche Korea operates a total of 14 Porsche showrooms and 14 service centers, along with 5 Porsche-certified used car centers and 4 Porsche studios in collaboration with five official dealers: Stuttgart Sports Car Co., AutoStadt Co., Deutsche Auto Co., YSAL Co., and Seyoung Mobility Co.

This year, a 10-story Porsche service center, the largest in the country, is set to open in Seongsu, and efforts will continue to enhance customer experience through the opening and expansion of networks nationwide.
