Daimler Truck Korea Appoints Minseong Park as New Head of Customer Service

Minseong Park appointed as the head of customer service at Daimler Truck

Daimler Truck Korea announced on the 26th that it has appointed Minseong Park as the new head of the Customer Service division.

Born in 1968, Minseong Park has accumulated various experiences in the automotive after-sales sector over 28 years, working in service marketing, planning, and dealer management in global passenger car brands before joining Daimler Truck Korea.

From 2016 to 2022, he served as the head of after-sales at Audi Korea for six years, leading initiatives to improve service quality and enhance the competitiveness of service centers. Additionally, he has held responsibilities for service network development and support at the Asia-Pacific headquarters of Fiat Chrysler, including at Porsche’s China branch.

Park aims to deliver premium services suitable for Daimler Truck Korea’s customers, as well as implement various strategies to enhance service and achieve Total Transport Efficiency, ultimately maximizing customer profits.

Antonio Landa Jo, CEO of Daimler Truck Korea, stated, “The service for Mercedes-Benz trucks seeks to deliver value beyond simple repairs, accompanying customers on their journey to success and providing a differentiated truck service experience. We expect Minseong Park, with his extensive field experience and accomplishments in the automotive industry, to contribute to enhancing Mercedes-Benz truck services and customer satisfaction.”
