Aimo Expands Horizons: Partners with Mitsubishi Electric Automotive for Data Supply Contract

Aimo announced that it has signed a long-term data supply contract with Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America (MEAA) in February this year.

Through this contract, Aimo will leverage its core new technologies announced this year, ‘4core’ and ‘Aimo Studio for Annotation Tool’, to enhance data quality. The plan is to provide high-quality data based on its experience supplying top-tier global companies to support the advancement of MEAA AI services.

The new Aimo product ‘4core’ is an AI solution that comprehensively integrates the entire cycle from data collection to refinement, processing, and evaluation, supporting successful AI projects for clients in areas where high-quality data is essential, such as autonomous driving and robotics. ‘Aimo Studio’ is a web collaboration tool that supports the management of large volumes of AI data, allowing users to save costs and time through efficient data management.

The contract with MEAA holds significance as it recognizes Aimo’s technology for optimizing AI data. In fact, Aimo has secured over 100 clients, including renowned companies such as Bosch, Continental, and Magna International, based on its unique data technology. With this contract as a starting point, Aimo plans to focus its capabilities on expanding sales channels and advancing technology across various industries.

An Aimo representative stated, “We expect to create synergy in the AI field based on mutual trust through collaboration with MEAA,” and added, “We will strive to deliver results that satisfy both our clients and end consumers by maximizing our capabilities with leading partners in the industry.”

Meanwhile, Aimo officially launched its subsidiary in the United States in January this year, following its branches in Canada, the UK, Germany, and Vietnam, and is actively entering the U.S. market. Aimo has set a revenue target of $10 million for the U.S. market this year and plans to diversify its business portfolio beyond autonomous driving into smart cities, smart factories, smart healthcare, and more, while focusing on localized research and development to support global top-tier companies like MEAA.
