Tesla Expands Its Footprint in South Korea with New Service Center in Ilsan

‘Tesla Goyang Service Center’

Tesla Korea opened a new service center in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province on January 2.

The Ilsan service center boasts 20 work bays, making it the largest in the Gyeonggi Province area. Operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

A relaxation area with massage chairs is available for customers, allowing them to comfortably wait for their service. Additionally, various facilities, including restaurants and cafes, are nearby.

With the opening of the Ilsan service center, customers can now enjoy improved Tesla services at a total of 10 service centers and 19 certified body shops. Furthermore, Tesla Korea plans to continue its efforts in 2024 to minimize customer waiting times and enhance overall satisfaction. By continually gathering feedback and driving technological innovation, Tesla aims to improve the quality of its service and enhance the convenience and satisfaction of Korean customers through the expansion of its domestic service network.

In 2023, Tesla Korea actively expanded its presence by opening the Sinsa store in Seoul and installing its 1000th supercharger. Additional service centers are planned to open in various regions, including Sejong, Incheon, and Hwaseong, in the first half of the year. Tesla Korea is committed to continuously enhancing domestic infrastructure to ensure that Tesla owners in Korea can have an enjoyable Tesla life.
