BMW Korea will launch three types of January online limited editions on the BMW Shop Online on the 11th at 3 PM.
This month’s limited editions include the ‘XM Label Red Limited Edition’, which emphasizes even stronger performance and a distinctive appearance, as well as the ‘520i Special Edition’ and ‘M2 Special Edition’, all available through BMW Korea’s online sales channel, the BMW Shop Online.
The BMW XM Label Red Limited Edition is a globally limited edition featuring the most powerful powertrain in BMW M history.
The XM Label Red Limited Edition comes with a special paint called Frozen Carbon Black applied to the body. The large Kidney grille and the rear diffuser are accented with Toronto Red character lines exclusive to the edition, creating a striking contrast with the exterior color.
Additionally, red accent bands run along the side window frames, and the model is fitted with bi-color red accent 22-inch M double-spoke wheels, sports tires, and red M sports brakes to showcase its bold presence.
The interior also features red color details harmonizing with black, creating a unique atmosphere exclusive to the limited edition. Carbon fiber M signature interior trim has been applied, and the seats and interior feature ‘BMW Individual Merino & Exclusive Content’ in Fiona Red and black as standard equipment.
The XM Label Red Limited Edition boasts an M TwinPower Turbo high-revving V8 gasoline engine combined with an M hybrid system, delivering a maximum output of 748 horsepower and peak torque of 102 kg·m. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a 29.5 kWh capacity high-voltage battery, allowing it to travel 62 km solely in electric mode—certified by the Ministry of Environment—and boasts a combined fuel economy of 10.0 km per liter, achieving one of the highest levels of fuel efficiency among super high-performance models in its class.
In addition, the BMW XM Label Red Limited Edition features an M Driver Package that increases the vehicle’s top speed from 250 km/h to 290 km/h.
With only 500 units worldwide, the XM Label Red Limited Edition will have only 19 units available in South Korea, priced at 268.4 million KRW (including VAT).
The BMW 520i Special Edition is a limited edition of the newly released 520i which made its debut in October.
The BMW 520i Special Edition includes equipment from the standard trim, such as M sports suspension, Kidney grille iconic glow, and Harman Kardon hi-fi sound system, as well as the addition of comfort seats. The comfort seats can be fine-tuned in various directions to provide an optimized seating position for the individual.
This edition also features an ‘M Sports Package Pro’, which includes red brake calipers, M sports seat belts, and a black Kidney grille, along with shadow line headlights and a rear spoiler that maximize the sporty appeal.
Priced at 74.9 million KRW and limited to 294 units (including VAT).
The BMW M2 Special Edition is a limited edition that features the special paint ‘Toronto Red Metallic’ applied to the high-performance premium compact coupe, the new M2, maximizing its fierce appeal.
Its exterior showcases a sleek M carbon roof, while the interior is adorned with cognac-colored Vernasca leather, and M carbon fiber interior trim is added to the dashboard, door panels, and center console for an upscale touch. M sports seats and M seat belts are also standard, conveying the unique motorsport spirit of BMW M.
The engine room is equipped with an M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder gasoline engine delivering a maximum output of 460 horsepower and peak torque of 56.1 kg·m, coupled with an 8-speed M Steptronic sports transmission, which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds.
The M2 Special Edition is limited to only 10 units, priced at 89.9 million KRW (including VAT).
Meanwhile, this month, BMW Shop Online will include online-exclusive models with various convenience features added to standard models such as M240i xDrive Coupe Online Exclusive, M440i xDrive Convertible and Coupe Online Exclusive, along with the new X5 xDrive40d and new X6 xDrive40d Online Exclusive available for purchase at all times.
