Renault Korea Unveils Innovative Showroom Concept at Starfield Suwon

‘Renault Starfield Suwon Showroom’

Renault Korea has opened a new showroom at Starfield Suwon.

The Starfield Suwon location is Renault Korea’s first retail outlet situated within a shopping mall, part of Renault Korea’s strategy to strengthen its brand. In addition to preparations for the upcoming hybrid mid-size SUV launch slated for the second half of this year, Renault Korea plans to simultaneously implement strategies to enhance its brand presence in the domestic market.

The Starfield Suwon showroom is the first to apply Renault’s new global SI (Shop Identity) concept ‘rnlt’ in South Korea. Under the theme ‘Small & Fancy,’ this space significantly improves accessibility for urban customers while providing a rich brand experience for visitors. Customers can enjoy the entire vehicle purchasing process—consultation, contract signing, delivery—as well as test drives at the on-site test drive center within the shopping mall, and engage with various digital content experiences, all in one place. Additionally, a selection of popular brand items will also be available at the showroom.

Emmanuel Alnawaquil, Head of Sales and Marketing at Renault Korea, attended the opening ceremony for the Starfield Suwon showroom and stated, “Considering customers’ vehicle purchasing patterns, the newly introduced Small & Fancy concept will be located in areas frequented by many customers, such as shopping malls and hot spots, offering a rich experience with Renault Korea’s vehicles and brand.” He further mentioned, “To enhance Renault Korea’s brand competitiveness, we plan to gradually apply this new SI concept to our nationwide sales showrooms.”
