Volkswagen Expands Service Center in Jeonju for Enhanced Customer Experience

‘Volkswagen Jeonju Service Center’

Volkswagen’s official dealer Geo House is relocating the ‘Jeonju Service Center’ to enhance customer convenience and improve service quality.

The Jeonju Service Center will move from its previous location in Gimje City to the downtown area of Jeonju, allowing more customers to conveniently visit and receive services.

Providing differentiated services from specialized technicians, the Jeonju Service Center features 15 work bays and specialized technical equipment, capable of handling over 800 regular maintenance services a month, as well as dedicated work bays for accident repair work. This full-service shop offers one-stop maintenance services, including bodywork and painting. Additionally, with the inclusion of an ‘e-Space’ work bay for electric vehicle repairs, the center aims to maximize service convenience for electric vehicle customers.

A customer lounge has been established where visitors and waiting customers can comfortably enjoy refreshments and snacks. In the lounge, customers can enjoy various brand and vehicle video content through Volkswagen Korea’s digital content platform, ‘Channel Volkswagen’.

The interior design of the customer lounge incorporates Volkswagen’s new global message, the ‘Love Brand’ concept, for the first time in Korea. Showcasing elements that represent ‘Human’, ‘Emotional’, and ‘Authentic’, which embody the Love Brand, it communicates the brand’s commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Spanning an area of 1,694㎡ and providing parking space for 86 vehicles, the Jeonju Service Center will not only improve customer accessibility with this relocation and expansion but also offer faster, more convenient services alongside a broader range of brand experience opportunities.
