MINI Korea is set to launch the online limited edition model, the ‘MINI Mayfield Edition’, on December 18 at 3 PM via the MINI Shop Online (https://shop.mini.co.kr).
Based on the new MINI 3-Door Cooper S and 5-Door Cooper S, the MINI Mayfield Edition is inspired by the breathtaking lavender fields of Mayfield Lavender Farm near London, known for its endless lavender scenery. This region, where visitors gain positive energy and tranquility, embodies MINI’s love for the earth, people, and the future, expressed through this unique vehicle.
The exterior is offered in Nanuq White for the 3-Door Cooper S model and Melting Silver for the 5-Door Cooper S model, featuring side decals in lavender, deep purple, and turquoise to creatively represent the aromatic lavender farm. The edition name and symbols embodying lavender are reflected in the front, side scuttles, rear decals, door sills, wheel caps, and key caps of the vehicle.
Inside, the MINI Mayfield Edition features a steering wheel cap and a dedicated dashboard panel engraved with the edition logo, along with high-quality Carbon Black MINI Yours leather lounge sport seats for added luxury. Particularly noteworthy is the exclusive ‘Relaxing Twilight’ scented indoor air freshener, the first of its kind for MINI, emphasizing the uniqueness of this limited model.
Additionally, it comes with standard features like anthracite headliner and black alloy wheels, with the 3-Door Cooper S model equipped with Harman Kardon speakers. Other standard amenities include a panoramic glass roof, heated steering wheel, Apple CarPlay, driving assistant, head-up display, and comfort access, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant driving experience.
The MINI Mayfield Edition is equipped with a MINI TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder gasoline engine that delivers 192 horsepower and 28.6 kg·m of torque, paired with a 7-speed Steptronic double clutch transmission. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 6.7 seconds for the 3-Door Cooper S model and 6.8 seconds for the 5-Door Cooper S model.
A total of 1,245 units will be made available globally, with only 150 units offered in South Korea—75 units each for both the 3-Door and 5-Door Cooper S models. The pricing is set at 48.5 million won for the 3-Door Cooper S model and 49.9 million won for the 5-Door Cooper S model (including VAT, applying a 5.0% individual consumption tax).
