Cadillac Elevates Luxury with Hyun Bin in New Escalade Campaign

Cadillac has selected actor Hyun Bin to promote their flagship SUV, the Escalade, and unveiled a new advertising campaign on the 8th.

The Escalade, Cadillac’s flagship SUV, has successfully carved out a unique position in the oversized luxury SUV market, with its striking design presence, performance, space utilization, and next-generation technology options since the launch of its 5th generation model. Even in a year where the imported car market has contracted, it has seen an increase in sales, continuing to capture the hearts of customers.

Cadillac believes that the Escalade, which gives a strong first impression while also offering various convenience options and assist features to ensure a comfortable ride, reflects the ‘unexpected charm’ akin to Hyun Bin’s smooth yet charismatic demeanor, and thus chose him as the new face of the Escalade.

Jung Jeong-yoon, CMO of Cadillac’s marketing, stated, “Hyun Bin’s life—maintaining his status as a top actor through diverse filmography while embodying a loving and harmonious family—symbolizes the ‘successful luxury lifestyle’ that the Escalade seeks. The recently released advertisement showcases the most shining moments created alongside the Escalade,” he added.

Actor Hyun Bin commented, “The Escalade is a model that possesses everything a true luxury SUV can offer. Whether working or spending time with family, it provides comfort and security to everyone without losing its inherent dignity. In the future, I will present myself in various ways to ensure that every moment with the Escalade shines even more,” he said.

Meanwhile, Cadillac will intensify their year-end marketing activities with the launch of a new advertising campaign inspired by the unique presence of Hyun Bin and the Escalade, unveiled on the 8th.
