Hyundai Motor Begins Recruitment for Mobility Technology Talent in 2024

Hyundai Motor aims to secure technology talent for mobility in the first half of next year, following its recruitment of mobility technology personnel this year.

In response to the changing trends in future industries, such as vehicle electrification, Hyundai plans to select mobility technology professionals with various capabilities and expertise.

This recruitment will take place in three areas: assembly production in domestic factories (Ulsan, Asan, Jeonju), R&D technology at the Namyang Research Center, and design modelers.

Eligibility requirements include a high school diploma or higher, with no restrictions on age or gender. Detailed requirements for each recruitment area can be found on Hyundai’s recruitment website. (Note: Males must have completed or been exempted from military service.)

Document submission will be open from the 18th (Monday) to the 28th (Thursday) until 17:00 for a total of 11 days, with announcement of successful candidates at the end of January next year.

For those who pass the document review, a personality test will be conducted in early February next year, followed by the first-round interviews from late February to early March, final interviews from late March to early April, and a physical examination, with final successful candidates being announced from late April to early May.

The final successful candidates for the assembly production area in domestic factories will undergo orientation training divided into two batches.

The first batch will begin at the end of May, followed by the second batch at the end of June, with placements scheduled successively in late June and late July.

The design modeler section at the Namyang Research Center will select final candidates through practical exams and internship practices.

The final successful candidates of the R&D technology and design modeler sections will receive orientation training in June and be placed in July.
