Polestar Korea has launched the ‘Extra Shop’ where customers can purchase Polestar vehicle accessories online.
The Extra Shop is an online store that allows customers to easily buy genuine Polestar accessories that enhance their vehicle’s functionality and design, without needing to visit an offline store or service center. Following the successful introduction of a 100% online sales model, Polestar aims to strengthen its position as a ‘Direct To Customer (DTC) brand’ by providing customers with a purchase experience free from limitations of time and location while they own their vehicles.
Currently, the items available for purchase in the Extra Shop include ▲Swedish Gold Valve Caps, ▲Floor Mats, ▲Trunk Mats, ▲Mud Flaps, ▲Roof Carriers, and ▲Home Charging Cables, totaling six different products. Wiper blades and auto sacks are expected to be added to the list of purchasable items in December. Items will be shipped directly to the customer’s specified address, and they can refer to installation guides or contact the customer service center to assist with installation and application.
As for the electric tow bar, which is set to be introduced in the first quarter of 2024, customers can designate their nearest service center as the shipping address when placing an order, allowing the service center to facilitate coordination and provide individual guidance for installation.
Meanwhile, Polestar also operates the ‘Polestar Editionals Shop’, offering various lifestyle goods that embody Polestar’s philosophy, such as clothing made from sustainably recycled materials, books, art prints, and scale models. Featured products also include the ‘Cake Marker Polestar Edition’, the Alle Bike Alpha Polestar Edition, and the ‘Candela C-8 Polestar Edition’.
