Porsche has announced the unveiling of its new Turbo design, which is more elegant and uniquely differentiated. Michael Mauer, Styling Director of Porsche, stated, “Since we introduced the first turbocharged 911 in 1974, the Turbo models have established themselves as the brand’s flagship models. Now, we aim to emphasize the distinctive design of Turbo models to highlight their uniqueness compared to other variants like the GTS.” He further added, “In the future, we will apply the design that captures the essence of Turbo models across all series, showcasing an elegant and special appearance.”

The new Turbo Night metallic tone, carefully crafted by Porsche’s color and trim experts, is exclusive to the Turbo models. The gold-colored elements create an elegant metallizing effect, contrasting with the satin-finish upper layer. The rear lettering of upcoming Turbo models, daylight opening (DLO), and the side window trim will also be finished in Turbo Night. Depending on the model series, details such as the front apron inlays, spokes, or aerodynamic blades of lightweight alloy wheels will feature the Turbo Night color.

Additionally, the Turbo Night color is accentuated on the exclusive crest for Turbo models, and the same color will be applied to the crest located on the front, lightweight alloy wheels, and steering wheel across all Turbo models in the series.

The trim strip, belt strap, as well as controls like the mode switch and air conditioning control panel will also utilize the Turbo Night color differently according to the model series. The Turbo Night tone completes the harmony with the black interior through the contrasting threads of the seats, door panel trims, dashboard panels, and floor mats.
