Toyota and Lexus Celebrate Customer Satisfaction with Winter Safety Service Campaign

Korea Toyota Motor has announced the launch of the ‘Lexus and Toyota Winter Safety Service Campaign’, which will run until December 23 at official Lexus and Toyota service centers nationwide.

This ‘Lexus and Toyota Winter Safety Service Campaign’ is designed to express gratitude to customers for achieving top rankings in various categories in the ‘Consumer Insight 2023 Annual Automotive Survey’ announced in October. Lexus has achieved the highest rank in after-sales satisfaction for five consecutive years and in durability quality for eight consecutive years. Meanwhile, Toyota has received top ratings in initial quality and in sales service satisfaction for two consecutive years.

The campaign offers discounts on parts and labor for all customers visiting official Lexus and Toyota service centers.

Lexus is providing a 15% discount on parts and labor for items such as the air cleaner element, air conditioning filter, 12V battery, wiper rubber, wiper blades, and antifreeze. Toyota is also offering a 15% discount on parts and labor for the 12V battery, wiper rubber, wiper blades, and antifreeze, along with a 10% discount on tires when they are being replaced.

Additionally, customers who come in for service during the campaign period will receive a moisturizing lip balm, while supplies last.

Meanwhile, Korea Toyota Motor is consistently offering a ‘Used Car Free Inspection Service’ for customers who purchase Lexus or Toyota used cars and visit an official service center for the first time, covering about 40 items for free inspection.

Kang Dae-hwan, Executive Director of Korea Toyota Motor, stated, “We prepared this campaign to express our gratitude to Lexus and Toyota customers for their support. We will continue to provide more attentive service in cooperation with our nationwide Lexus and Toyota dealers to repay the love we have received from our customers.”
