Mercedes-Benz Korea Appoints New VP for Network Development and Training

Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 4th that it has appointed Kim Na-jung, former General Manager of the Training Academy, as the new Vice President in charge of the “Network Development and Training Academy” division.

Kim Na-jung began her career in finance and sales operations at a global IT company before joining Mercedes-Benz Korea in 2010 as the person responsible for network development. Since 2017, she has been the head of the Mercedes-Benz Training Academy, a dedicated training facility for automotive professionals.

Over the past 13 years, Kim has played a pivotal role in expanding the network to a level that represents the domestic imported car industry and has been recognized for significant contributions to Mercedes-Benz Korea’s network development and expansion, including the introduction of the German-style dual education program ‘Ausbildung’.

Additionally, Kim Na-jung has also served on the Mercedes-Benz Global Training Governance Committee, gaining extensive experiences both domestically and internationally, and taking the lead in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Mercedes-Benz Korea expects that the newly promoted Kim Na-jung will leverage her broad experiences and knowledge in sales and service network development and personnel training to elevate the ‘Network Development and Training Academy’ division to the next level.
