Renault Korea Introduces Innovative Fast Track Service and Price Adjustments for QM6

There’s no need to make a reservation over the phone or wait at the service center. You can monitor the operation and waiting status of Renault’s nationwide service centers in real time through your smartphone. This is the Fast Track Service developed by Renault, making it the first of its kind in the domestic automotive industry.

On the 31st, Renault Korea held an ‘Experience’ press conference at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul. Attending the meeting, President Stéphane Develaze emphasized the Fast Track Service.

The Fast Track Service is an app that provides information on the status of all Renault service networks nationwide. It enhances user convenience by notifying them in real-time about the service availability across the network. Now, if the service center I want to visit is busy, I can choose a less crowded direct service center or wait until the crowds have thinned out before going.

Stéphane Develaze stated, “This service is the first of its kind in the domestic automotive industry, allowing customers to check network services in real-time.” In addition to the Fast Track Service, the XM3 and SM6 models feature remote vehicle control services via smartwatches.

Renault has updated all models to the 2024 specifications and adjusted prices for some vehicles. The flagship model QM6 LPe LE trim is now priced at 28,400,000 KRW, a reduction of 910,000 KRW from the previous price of 29,310,000 KRW, while the RE, the most popular choice among consumers, is now 31,700,000 KRW, down 1,950,000 KRW from the previous 33,650,000 KRW. The QM6 Quest SE trim has been reduced to 24,950,000 KRW from 26,800,000 KRW, representing a savings of 185,000 KRW.

Additionally, the new Inspire trim has been added to the XM3 1.6GTE, which comes with the existing RE trim and the Signature Package Plus worth 2,800,000 KRW. This new trim is priced at 26,800,000 KRW, which is 180,000 KRW cheaper than the combined cost of the previous RE trim (24,180,000 KRW) and the Signature Plus Package (2,800,000 KRW), totaling 26,980,000 KRW.
