Lotus Extends Partnership with Norwich City for 2021/22 Season

Lotus has extended its uniform kit sponsorship with Norwich City, which competes in the 2021/22 season of the English Premier League.

The current club, Norwich, which plays in the English EFL Championship (second division), is where South Korean Premier League player Hwang Ui-jo is based. With this agreement, Lotus Cars intends to strengthen its existing partnership.

True to its nickname ‘Canaries,’ the Norwich City uniform vividly displays the Lotus Cars logo on its chest, capturing the attention of fans for the past two years. Lotus has been a key partner of Norwich City since the 2019/20 season and has prior experience sponsoring their away uniforms from 2003 to 2006.

Furthermore, aside from uniform sponsorship, Lotus is supporting the club’s training facility, the Lotus Training Centre, which has continually expanded since its completion in 2019, along with various football-related events aimed at the local community to build strong relationships.

Lotus Cars Managing Director, Matt Windle, expressed his pleasure in announcing the sponsorship extension, stating, “We are thrilled to showcase the Lotus logo on Norwich City’s first team kit for three consecutive years, and we will strive to connect more closely with fans and the local community through this partnership.”

Meanwhile, the Kolon Mobility Group, which established Lotus Cars Korea in May this year under an official partnership agreement, serves as the exclusive importer for Lotus Cars in Korea, managing the distribution.

Currently, pre-orders are available for Lotus’s last combustion engine sports cars, the Emira V6 and I4 models, while pre-orders for the first pure electric hyper SUV, the Eletra, will begin in September. More details can be found on the official website of Lotus Cars Korea.
