Ford has unveiled the ‘2024 Ford Bronco Sport Free Wheeling Edition’ as a special edition for the North American market.
The Bronco Sport Free Wheeling Edition is a limited trim that pays homage to the ‘Free Wheeling’ package used on the 1970s F-100, F-150, and Bronco models. Notably, it features the bright colors such as yellow, orange, and red that graced the sides of the Bronco model.
Additionally, silver chrome has been applied to the front grille and lower bumper, while the 17-inch gloss black wheels have received red accents for an eye-catching touch. The interior boasts a combination of black onyx and dark space gray finishes, with seats featuring sunset colors and ombre stitching.
The powertrain for the special edition is configured the same as the current Ford Bronco Sport.
Jason Hyde, marketing manager for the Bronco Sport, stated, “Bronco customers greatly appreciate the heritage of the Bronco,” adding, “After seeing a great response to the Bronco Sport Free Wheeling project vehicle we redesigned in 2021, we decided to offer this special edition.”
Along with this, Ford also released the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Black Appearance Package. This package is characterized by the use of matte black color on all components including the front grille, front and rear ‘Bronco’ lettering, lower bumper, 17-inch wheels, and interior.
