Jeep has opened a new service center in Guri, strengthening and expanding the service network in the eastern Gyeonggi area and northeastern Seoul to enhance service quality.
The newly opened Guri Jeep Service Center is located at 94 Beolmal-ro, Tojeong-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. Positioned at the entrance of Guri City, it is easily accessible for customers living in Namyangju and Hanam. It is also located about 250 meters from the newly opened Guri Jeep exclusive showroom, allowing for one-stop after-sales service.
The Guri Jeep Service Center boasts a total area of 863 square meters (approximately 261 pyeong) and consists of two floors. It is equipped with five work bays, capable of handling an average of up to 475 general repairs per month. Additionally, the center features a comfortable and luxurious customer lounge and state-of-the-art facilities, providing visitors with a spacious and cozy environment while receiving services.
Kollong J Mobility, which operates the Guri Jeep exclusive showroom and service center, is a partner company that signed an MOU with Stellantis Korea as a new dealer in November 2021. Following the opening of the newly established Jeep Songpa Service Center in April, Kollong J Mobility has established two Jeep service centers this year alone, actively working to improve customer satisfaction.
With the opening of the Guri Jeep Service Center, Jeep has now established a total of 22 dedicated Jeep showrooms and 21 service centers nationwide.
