Woowti is launching the ‘This Summer Overseas’ event in collaboration with Asiana Airlines, offering discounts on flight fares and airport taxi fares for the upcoming summer holiday season.
The ‘This Summer Overseas’ event is a discount initiative specially designed for travelers embarking on unique summer vacations during the hot season, allowing customers to receive discounts on both taxi fares to and from the airport and flight costs. This event will run from July 10 to September 30.
Through Asiana Airlines’ official website, Woowti will provide customers who book international flight tickets a discount coupon for Woowti taxi services (including intermediary and franchise taxis) of up to 20,000 KRW, which can be used for trips to and from Gimpo or Incheon airports. This offer is exclusively available to travelers using the Woowti app for the first time.
Asiana Airlines will distribute discount coupons providing up to 7% off on flight tickets and up to 30% off on additional baggage fees for Woowti users. Once the flight booking is completed, a coupon number will be automatically generated at the bottom of the screen, which can be entered and used in the ‘Wallet-Promotions’ menu of the Woowti app account.
This event is also applicable to travelers arriving in Korea from abroad. Travelers purchasing tickets for flights to Korea via the Asiana Airlines official website will receive a Woowti taxi discount coupon of 20% (up to 20,000 KRW) that can be used regardless of existing usage of the Woowti app. This coupon can be used anywhere in the country without restrictions on airport departures and arrivals. The Woowti app is designed to be compatible with different regions; it automatically connects to Woowti when accessed in Korea and will seamlessly transition to the Uber app when used internationally.
