The official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, Hansung Motor, announced on the 14th that they will host a special promotion of the ‘Lifetime Care Package’ for new car buyers until the 31st.
This promotion aims to alleviate the burdens of vehicle management and maintenance throughout the customer’s entire journey—from purchasing a new car to after-sales services and eventual resale—allowing customers to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious car life over a long period with Hansung Motor’s unique differentiated service benefits.
Customers purchasing new cars this month will enjoy several tangible benefits, including a 5-year free warranty (3 years of ISP + an additional 2 years from the Hansung Motor Extended Warranty Program), free lifetime engine oil changes (for internal combustion engine vehicles), lifetime pickup and delivery service (when using Hansung Motor service centers nationwide), and a 1 million won charging voucher for electric vehicles, among others. However, rental cars are excluded from this offer, and all benefits will be revoked in the event of a purchase cancellation.
Additionally, a ‘Body Care Service’ covering up to one year post-registration or up to 20,000 kilometers and up to 500,000 won support for deductible expenses in insurance accident repairs (up to 3 claims within the first year of vehicle registration) are also provided.
Furthermore, customers who sell their vehicles through Hansung Motor’s certified used car division after purchasing during the promotion period will guarantee a premium price of 1 to 2 million won based on the purchase market value.
