Volkswagen Korea is implementing a support service for customers affected by flooding during the rainy season.
Volkswagen Korea is offering free towing services for vehicles that are no longer operational due to flood damage, a complimentary delivery service, and support for transportation costs incurred during the repair period (up to 50,000 KRW).
Additionally, for customers without comprehensive vehicle insurance, Volkswagen will support 30% of the repair costs (parts) when repairing flood-damaged vehicles at official service centers.
This support service will be available until the end of August at 33 official Volkswagen service centers nationwide. More details can be confirmed through the official service centers.
