Renault Korea Launches Support Campaign for Customers Affected by Heavy Rain

Renault Korea has launched a special support campaign to provide assistance for customers whose vehicles have been damaged or submerged due to the recent heavy rains. The campaign includes support for repair costs and offers free towing services.

This special support campaign will run until the end of August across over 400 service centers of Renault Korea nationwide. Renault Korea customers who have experienced damage due to heavy rains can receive full coverage of their deductible (excess) when repairing through insurance, and they can also get discounts of up to 20% on labor costs and up to 25% on parts costs based on the year of manufacture of their vehicle when opting for non-insured repairs.

For repair costs exceeding the amount compensated by the insurance company, customers may also benefit from overlapping discounts through Renault Korea’s ‘Accident Repair Cost Support Program.’ Utilizing Renault Korea’s free towing service allows for free transport to the nearest service center.

Director of After-sales at Renault Korea, Kang Jin-kyu, stated, “We decided on this special support campaign to assist customers affected by the sudden downpour. Renault Korea empathizes with the inconveniences experienced by our customers and will strive for prompt responses to address their needs.”
