Audi Korea has recently announced a special support service for customers whose vehicles have been damaged by flooding due to the recent heavy rainfall.
Following the record rainfall last year, nationwide downpours are expected to increase instances of vehicle flooding this year. Audi vehicles affected by flood damage can receive free inspection services at official Audi service centers across the country.
For vehicle owners having their flooded cars repaired through insurance at Audi official service centers, free towing and delivery services will be provided, along with a safe return service supporting transportation costs of up to 50,000 won for a one-time trip on the day of the accident or during the towing period.
In cases where repair costs exceed insurance coverage, Audi plans to assist with the vehicle repair expenses. To minimize customer inconvenience, up to 14 days of loaner vehicle services will also be available during the repair period.
For vehicle repair appointments and inspections, customers can pre-register through the ‘My Audi World’ application, Audi Korea’s official website, or the service reservation page on dealer websites for a faster and more convenient inspection service.
