The official Mercedes-Benz dealer, The Class Hyosung, is enhancing customer maintenance convenience through the expansion of its ‘Express Service’.
Currently, The Class Hyosung operates ‘Express Service’ at service centers in Dogok, Seocho, Songpa, Anyang Pyeongchon, Bukjeong, Dongtan, Cheonan, Sinsa, and Hanam. Starting next month, they will introduce the service at the Gangnam-daero and Guri service centers as well.
The ‘Express Service’ is a system that allows customers to have regular inspections and consumable replacements done quickly and conveniently. By making a reservation for a regular inspection, customers can utilize the service at a desired time. The 100% reservation system simplifies the consultation process and has dramatically shortened the time taken for vehicle release by forming a dedicated team of two technicians. These technicians provide systematic maintenance solutions with their professional knowledge and skills.
In the future, The Class Hyosung plans to increase the number of centers offering ‘Express Service’ so that more customers can experience its unique benefits.

Meanwhile, The Class Hyosung is actively promoting customer-centric convenience services, including the ‘The Class Hyosung Warranty Extension Program’, which offers warranty repair benefits for up to seven years or 220,000 km from the date of vehicle registration, as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Established in October 2003, The Class Hyosung is an official dealer of Mercedes-Benz and is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. It operates ten showrooms in locations such as Gangnam-daero, Songpa, Bundang Jeongja, Guri, Anyang Pyeongchon, Yongin Suji, Dongtan, Cheongju, Cheonan, and Starfield Hanam, as well as three certified used car showrooms and thirteen service centers.
