Luxury Partnership: Han Sung Motor and Chosun Palace Collaborate for Mercedes-Maybach Experience

Han Sung Motor, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, has established a partnership with Chosun Palace in Seoul Gangnam, a luxury collection hotel, to offer special services that convey the luxury values of the Mercedes-Maybach brand.

With a commitment to providing ‘premium’ value at every customer touchpoint, Han Sung Motor has prepared a special service exclusive to customers who repurchase a Mercedes-Maybach from Han Sung Motor and guests at Chosun Palace.

Han Sung Motor’s Mercedes-Maybach customers will receive premium experiences at Chosun Palace, while Chosun Palace guests will be offered luxury experiences with Mercedes-Maybach.

Until the end of this year, customers who repurchase a Mercedes-Maybach from Han Sung Motor will enjoy the ‘Han Sung Motor Maybach Exclusive Journey’ service, which includes a one-night stay in the Masters Junior Suite at Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam, a welcome champagne and macarons exclusive to Han Sung Motor customers, breakfast buffet access at the 24th-floor Constance, and wine and charcuterie access at the 1914 Lounge & Bar.

Chosun Palace guests will be introduced to the brand’s luxury values through an exhibition of the Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 4MATIC and the Mercedes-Maybach S680 4MATIC 100th Anniversary Edition set up at the Palace Gate on the basement level. Among these, the Maybach GLS600 4MATIC will be provided as a concierge vehicle for guests staying in certain suites at Chosun Palace.

Han Sung Motor is providing services and benefits that allow Mercedes-Maybach customers to experience ‘premium’ value. The Service Center in Seongdong, the largest for the Mercedes-Benz brand, also includes the only lift in Korea capable of servicing the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman, measuring nearly 6,515mm in length and 4,418mm in wheelbase, along with a dedicated work bay for Maybach.

Additionally, to deliver more special brand values to customers of the top-tier vehicle, the ‘Mercedes-Maybach,’ Han Sung Motor is offering differentiated benefits unique to them. Through collaborations with high-end hotels and luxury brands, they aim to propose an upscale lifestyle that goes beyond automobiles, alongside plans to upgrade customer convenience services such as premium events like Mercedes-Maybach Pro-Am golf outings and exclusive customer center services.
