Han Sung Motor Triumphs at the 2022 Mercedes-Benz Dealer Awards

Han Sung Motor, the official dealer for Mercedes-Benz, announced that it secured the first place in the “Mercedes-Benz Korea 2022 Dealer Awards,” held on the 16th, while achieving a remarkable feat by winning 8 awards across 18 categories.

The Mercedes-Benz Korea Dealer Awards is an annual event that acknowledges and encourages the hard work of dealership employees who have achieved outstanding results in various categories.

At this ceremony, the AMG Seoul exhibition and service center, which recorded the highest performance in the overall category, claimed the title of “Dealership of the Year.” In sales, the awards were as follows: EQ & TEV Exhibition 1st place, Gangneung Exhibition 2nd place, AMG Seoul Exhibition 3rd place, Anseong Exhibition TEV Sales Consultant 1st place, AMG Seoul’s Manager Park Jong-hoon 2nd place, AMG Seoul’s Deputy Lee Ye-chang 3rd place, AMG Seoul’s Manager Kim Hyun-joo 3rd place in the Sales Consultant Champion League, Samsung Exhibition’s Director Kim Tae-young 3rd place in the Sales Consultant Super League, Daejeon Exhibition’s Manager Jung Da-hoon 3rd place in the Sales Consultant Dream League, Seongnam Exhibition’s Manager Yoo Sun-hwa 3rd place in EQ Sales Consultant, and Incheon Songdo Exhibition’s Manager Choi Jin-young also received awards.

In the service category, the awards were as follows: the highest customer satisfaction service center 1st place, AMG Seoul Service Center; the best service branch manager 1st place, AMG Seoul Service Center’s Manager Nam Gung-taek; general repair team 2nd place, Bundang Pangyo Service Center; accident repair advisor 3rd place, Daejeon Yuseong Service Center’s Deputy Byun Jae-won; the best technician team 1st place, Bundang Pangyo Service Center; 2nd place, Samsung Service Center; 3rd place, Chuncheon Service Center; the best accident repair team 1st place, Daejeon Yuseong Service Center; 3rd place, Incheon Service Center; the accessory & collection shop 2nd place, Nonhyeon Service Center; 3rd place, Seongsu Service Center; the best digital team 2nd place, Yulhyeon Service Center; 3rd place, Seongdong Service Center received awards.

MBFSK’s certified used car sales consultant 2nd place, certified used car Suwon Kwon Seon Exhibition’s Manager Shin Pyeong-cheol; best customer retention exhibition 2nd place, AMG Seoul Exhibition; MBMK’s best rental car sales consultant 1st place, Seocho Exhibition’s Manager Park Hyo-gun; 2nd place, Bangbae Exhibition’s Manager Lee Jae-hyung; 3rd place, Anseong Exhibition’s Manager Shin Jeong-hoon also received awards, demonstrating their competencies and exceptional competitiveness across various sectors once more.

Han Sung Motor’s AMG Seoul is the sixth Mercedes-AMG brand center globally and the first in Korea, opening in 2021 and winning the “Dealership of the Year” title just one year later. The AMG Seoul Service Center, located alongside it, also achieved impressive results by receiving the highest scores for customer satisfaction and was awarded “Best CSI (Customer Satisfaction) Service Center.” The “Dealership of the Year” award is given to the dealership that achieves the best performance based on sales results, services, customer satisfaction, and digitalization in 2022, making it the highest honor in dealerships.

Furthermore, Han Sung Motor’s receiving all top three positions in the newly created “EQ & TEV Exhibition” and “TEV Sales Consultant” categories according to Mercedes-Benz’s strategic direction of “Luxury” and “Electrification” reflects their proactive response to and focus on the changing market.

Moreover, the investment and efforts made to secure industry-leading expertise in customer satisfaction, technical capability, and service quality have been validated through numerous awards in general repairs, accident repairs, technicians, and digitalization, showcasing Han Sung Motor’s unique competitiveness.

This “Mercedes-Benz Korea 2023 Dealer Awards” saw participation from a total of 11 official dealers, with Han Sung Motor winning 8, Han Sung Motors winning 5, and Star Motors winning 1 award.
