Mercedes-Benz Korea Celebrates Six Consecutive Wins at the 대한민국 소비자 대상

Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 23rd that it has won the ‘Global Best Brand’ category at the 대한민국 소비자 대상, organized by the Korea Consumer Association, for six consecutive years.

This award reflects their high consumer satisfaction across areas such as brand quality, service, and pricing, as well as the recognition of their various customer service activities aligned with global trends, winning in the ‘Global Best Brand’ category every year since their first award in 2018.

In response to the increase in electric vehicle customers, Mercedes-Benz Korea expanded its specialized services, establishing the capability to conduct basic inspections and maintenance for electric vehicles across all 77 networks. Among these, 59 centers are equipped with special facilities for electric vehicles, fast charging stations, and trained high-voltage battery technicians to provide dedicated services for electric vehicles.

Additionally, last year they launched the ‘CitNOW’ service, allowing customers to check vehicle status via remote video through mobile devices. In April, they opened a ‘Collection Shop’ channel on KakaoTalk, offering over 150 products including Mercedes-Benz model cars, camping gear, and products from collaborations with TaylorMade, enhancing the digital experience for their customers.

Meanwhile, to celebrate its 20th anniversary in the domestic market, Mercedes-Benz Korea is holding a ’20th Anniversary Customer Appreciation Lucky Draw Event’ until the 30th. Customers visiting official service centers nationwide will have a chance to win prizes such as TVs, tablet PCs, and Bluetooth speakers through a raffle.
