Experience Swedish Luxury: Volvo Cars Korea’s 2023 Hej, Familj Loyalty Program

Volvo Cars Korea is hosting a two-day customer loyalty program called ‘2023 Hej, Familj,’ where customers can experience a Swedish luxury lifestyle.

The name ‘Hej, Familj,’ which means ‘hello’ in Swedish and ‘family,’ combines to represent an event that Volvo Cars Korea has been conducting since 2018. It is designed to help participants experience the value of living in harmony with nature, stepping away from their daily lives.

A total of 800 teams (families) of Volvo car owners will be selected to participate at five luxurious resorts and private pool villas: Seoul’s Paraspara in June, Gangwon’s Bibridge in July, Gyeongnam’s Casadivale in August, Busan’s Ananti Hilton in August, and Gangwon’s Sonofet Vivaldi Park in September.

Personalized luxury experiences such as private heated pools, bonfires, and pet-specific packages will be offered to participants, along with eco-friendly amenities and welcome packages from Volvo Cars.

Applications for participation will open on the first week of each month from May at each location, starting with Paraspara, through the Volvo Lifestyle Shop’s website, and will be selected via a lottery.

Lee Man-sik, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at Volvo Cars Korea, stated, “We designed this event to offer an experience that allows people to step away from their busy lives and truly relax with their loved ones. We hope that this year’s Hej, Familj at our premier luxury resorts and pool villas will allow participants to discover the true values of Swedish luxury living.”
