Genesis Launches Convenient ‘Incheon Airport Service’ for Travelers

On the 2nd, Genesis launched the ‘Incheon Airport Service’, offering various vehicle-related conveniences for customers using Incheon Airport.

The ‘Airport Service’ is a program in which Genesis customers can store their vehicles in a designated indoor parking area while using the airport, alongside receiving maintenance services such as vehicle inspections. This service expands to Incheon Airport based on the high customer satisfaction and preference seen with the Gimpo Airport Service launched in March 2020. (Note: Service is limited to customers holding home-to-home service coupons; some contents differ from Gimpo Airport Service.)

The ‘Incheon Airport Service’ includes airport limousine shuttle service, access to an exclusive indoor parking area, a basic vehicle inspection of 15 types, vehicle cleaning services, and personalized attention, making it a tailored service that allows Genesis customers to feel both welcomed and conveniently cared for before their travels.

Utilizing the newly opened Blue Hands Incheon Airport branch, the ‘Incheon Airport Service’ will provide a dedicated space exclusively for service-using customers, offering differentiated customer experiences alongside vehicle inspections.

Reservations for the ‘Incheon Airport Service’ can be made starting today (2nd) through the Genesis Customer Center (080-700-6000), with actual service availability commencing from the 15th (Monday).

The price is set at 70,000 won for 4 nights and 5 days of vehicle storage, with an additional 10,000 won per day for extending the duration. (Note: VAT is separate.) For further details on service eligibility, please refer to the official Genesis website.

In commemoration of the service launch, vouchers for trial services will be provided to the first 500 customers who hold the exclusive Genesis credit card.

A Genesis official stated, “Thanks to the high customer interest in the Gimpo Airport Service, we have expanded the Airport Service to Incheon Airport. We plan to continue offering differentiated mobility services so that our customers can enjoy a more convenient car life.”
