“First off, the package came damaged and the conditioner was leaking out inside the shrink wrap. I tried to exchange it thru Amazon but there was nowhere I found that I could do that without returning it, getting a refund then buying it again and since it would be under $25, I’d have to pay shipping on something that came to me damaged. So when I looked all over the Amazon site for a customer service number and couldn’t find one, I went to the “Chemical Guys” store on Amazon and found a number for them. They said after they verified my purchase, they’d send me a new one and just to keep the damaged one instead of returning it. So I tried it out. I bought it for a couple spots on my 5 month old light colored leather car seats. One spot from a drop of coffee and some blue denim dye stains. It says to try it on an inconspicuous spot first so I tried it on a small smudge on the passenger seat’s side where it looked like maybe a dirty fingerprint (yes, these seats show everything ugh lol) and it came right off, I should have thought to take a picture of it as well but I didn’t. So then I tried the coffee stain, and as you can see in the pics, it didn’t even really lighten it much, let alone remove it. Then I tried on the drivers seat to get the denim dye stains. As you can see on the front side of the seat where you can see the floor mat in the photo, it got the stain completely clean there. But the larger stained area along the side, it did OK on the flat part of the seat but it didn’t get the side area that is circled in the picture. I was kind of disappointed after seeing all the reviews saying it got the blue stains from denim off light colored leather. But I’ll probably keep it for other fingerprint type stains and also it did well on my office chair, makes it look new again. Oh and one last thing, the pump spray bottle that the cleaner is in leaks as you’re using it even if the lid is on tight. So with mixed opinions on it, I give it a 3 out of 5.”
