Chevrolet Kicks Off Exciting 2023 Spring Customer Care Campaign!

Chevrolet is launching the ‘2023 Spring Customer Care Campaign,’ running from April 3rd to 14th, to enhance premium customer service during this season full of outdoor activities.

This campaign is open to all Chevrolet vehicle owners, and it is available to customers visiting any of the 400 Chevrolet service networks nationwide during the campaign period.

Considering the increase in long-distance driving in spring, Chevrolet will provide free inspection services for a total of 8 items, including ▲engine oil, ▲air conditioning filter, ▲automatic transmission oil, ▲brake oil, ▲battery, ▲tires (pressure & wear), ▲brake pads, and ▲antifreeze.

Additionally, Chevrolet is reducing the prices of parts for engine oil, oil filters, and air cleaners, while also offering a 10% reduction in service charges. Customers replacing the indoor air filter during spring will also receive a 10% discount on the replacement cost.

Moreover, if a Colorado vehicle equipped with a genuine sliding cover has a roll bar installed, the installation cost will be supported by approximately 10%. Customers purchasing or extending the Premium Care Plus service, which is sold at directly operated service centers, will receive a 50,000 won fuel gift certificate.

Furthermore, Chevrolet will operate an event during the campaign period, providing commemorative gifts to a total of 30,000 customers who visit the service network.

Meanwhile, Chevrolet is providing specialized and prompt vehicle solutions to customers based on its extensive network of over 400 service points across the country.

For customers receiving deliveries of their Colorado, Traverse, and Tahoe vehicles, Chevrolet offers a ‘Pickup & Delivery Service,’ allowing customers to have their vehicle picked up from a location of their choice and delivered back after repairs are completed, without needing to visit the service center.

Additionally, starting from March, to enhance customer convenience regarding maintenance services and communications, Chevrolet is operating a ‘Dedicated Repair Reservation Call Center’ to increase the convenience of repairs and provide differentiated services from other imported brands.
