Unveiling the Exclusive Mercedes-AMG Seoul Edition 2023 Collection

Hansung Motors, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, has announced the first release of the ‘AMG Seoul Edition’ 2023 collection, aiming to provide a differentiated Mercedes-AMG brand experience for customers who prefer high-performance vehicles.

This year’s first ‘AMG Seoul Edition’ vehicle, limited to just ten units, is the coupe sedan ‘Mercedes-AMG CLS 53 4MATIC+’. It showcases the sporty character and elegant curves typical of coupe sedans, along with the dynamic essence of Mercedes-AMG, delivering a powerful performance. Additionally, equipped with luxurious interior materials and unique colors and options, customers can experience the maximized Mercedes-AMG spirit.

The ‘Mercedes-AMG CLS 53 4MATIC+’ blends racing DNA with the distinctive comfort of Mercedes-Benz, making it an ideal daily driver loved by a wide range of customers. This edition model includes the MANUFAKTUR Cashmere White Magno color, AMG Black Painted Wheel, and AMG Night Package I & II options, presenting a unique yet commanding presence. Moreover, with the AMG Dynamic Plus Package, it offers an even more dynamic driving experience and a striking atmosphere befitting a high-performance model.

The ‘AMG Seoul Edition’ was first conceived in September 2021 to provide customers with a special choice in response to the growing demand for high-performance cars, creating enjoyable dilemmas for them. The unique combination of colors and options enhances its rarity and has drawn significant interest from many customers by offering the distinctive dynamic movement and elegant, luxurious sophistication typical of Mercedes-AMG. As a result, all edition models launched in 2021 and 2022 were sold out almost instantly.

Starting with the launch of this first edition model, AMG Seoul plans to sequentially unveil various limited-edition models in the first half of the year, providing customers with a diverse array of delights.

Unlike last year, where the purchase opportunity was offered through drawing lots, this year, the edition vehicles will be allocated in the order of formal contracts. Thus, customers will have a higher likelihood of encountering a unique vehicle that reflects their own personality and preferences.

Wolf Ausprung, CEO of Hansung Motors, stated, “The ‘AMG Seoul Edition’, which contains differentiated elements and rarity, receives immense attention every year upon release. In line with our reputation as the only Mercedes-AMG Brand Center in Korea, we will continue to introduce unique concepts across various vehicle models that cater to the tastes and individuality of Mercedes-AMG customers.”
