ACDelco Launches Call Center to Enhance Service for Luxury Car Owners

The global aftermarket parts and service brand ACDelco has opened a call center to enhance the convenience of consumable exchanges and minor maintenance for luxury imported car customers, while also providing premium customer services.

Through the opening of the ACDelco call center (080-800-2880), customers can receive various services including ▲maintenance reservations ▲inquiries about parts pricing, stock, and compatibility ▲technical consultations ▲guidance on nearby service centers.

The operating hours are daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays (with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM). Customers can also make maintenance reservations on the ACDelco website, where they can search for parts that fit their vehicles and obtain information about retail locations and service centers.

ACDelco offers vehicle inspections and parts replacement services at 144 service centers across the country, including the ‘ACDelco Pyeongchon Service Center’ in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, which has been renovated into a standard service center. Additionally, dedicated parts are sold at 155 designated parts outlets nationwide.

Models and minor maintenance parts that are available for maintenance reservations include engine oil, oil filters, air conditioning filters, batteries, brake pads, and wiper blades compatible with 28 models from Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Lexus, with plans to continuously expand the supported brands and models as well as the product lineup.

In celebration of ACDelco’s domestic launch, a variety of events will be held for customers visiting service centers until June 30. First, every customer who makes a reservation for a service center visit will receive a free wiper blade when exchanging consumables.

During the customer information event, a reusable bag with the ACDelco logo will be given to the first participants, and a lucky draw will provide fantastic prizes including tablet PCs (3 winners), tabletop air purifiers (10 winners), picnic mats (50 winners), and mobile coffee coupons (300 winners).
