Experience the Future of Mobility at Kia’s New Incheon Flagship Store

A special space where you can experience everything about Kia has opened in Incheon.

Kia officially opened its ‘Kia Incheon Flagship Store’ on the 6th (Thursday), a one-stop complex hub where visitors can simultaneously view exhibition vehicles, take test drives, make purchases, and access vehicle maintenance services, along with brand experiences. (Located at 309 Gyeongin-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon)

The Incheon Flagship Store is a future-oriented customer experience space, the second of its kind following the Seoul Gangseo Flagship Store. It was completed by applying Kia’s design philosophy of ‘Opposite United’ (creative fusion of contrasting concepts) to the existing Incheon branch located in Michuhol-gu.

The Kia Incheon Flagship Store offers a customer experience space that is about 1.5 times larger compared to the existing Gangseo Flagship Store, featuring expanded future mobility experience elements and a differentiated purchasing and service experience.

To enhance customer convenience, the Incheon Flagship Store operates a dedicated digital consultation reservation system. Customers can schedule consultations through the Kia website and receive immediate assistance upon arrival at the store, thus avoiding any waiting time. They can also enjoy personalized consulting services based on their pre-registered interest in specific vehicle models.

Brand experience content is provided through a ‘New Tech Simulator’ where customers can experience Kia’s advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Visitors can explore the various functions of ADAS by selecting different vehicle models on a large 260-inch LED screen, creating an immersive experience with interactive elements.

In addition, customers can utilize the software ‘3D Configurator’ to virtually implement combinations of vehicle options, experiencing every aspect of the vehicle from interior and exterior designs to door and trunk operations, and turn signals in 3D images.

A ‘Digital Color Collection’ allows customers to view all available exterior colors of Kia vehicles. A tablet PC installed within the digital color collection displays a card flip format showcasing the Kia Color Show. When selecting a color, customers can view a list of vehicles painted in that color along with their specifications.

A special ‘Kia Flex Zone’ operates at the Incheon Flagship Store, where customers can experience Kia’s subscription mobility service called ‘Kia Flex.’ Unlike the traditional vehicle delivery method of Kia Flex service, vehicles can be picked up and dropped off in a specially designated area.

The Kia Flex Zone will enable customers to utilize subscription services exclusively for electric vehicles, providing a positive and unique experience with electric cars.

Kia will operate a variety of test drive programs at the Incheon Flagship Store for customers seeking vehicle performance experiences.

The test drive programs include urban drives, expressway drives tailored to the Incheon area, self-driving tests, hybrid test drives (combining guided and self-guided test drives with professional instructors), night drives, and family-oriented test drives, offering diverse choices that cater to customer preferences.

To provide a unique purchase experience for new vehicle customers, Kia has created a ‘New Car Delivery Space’ for the first time. Here, customers receive their new vehicles with detailed explanations of the vehicle’s quality and inspection process.

The Kia Incheon Flagship Store operates daily from 9 AM to 8 PM, and to allow customers to visit the showroom freely after work, it operates as an unmanned night store from 8 PM to 10 PM. (Closed on New Year’s Day, the day after New Year’s Day, and during the Chuseok holiday.)

A Kia representative stated, “Kia is transforming into a future-oriented complex hub where customers can experience vehicle viewing, test drives, purchases, services, and brand experiences all at once, breaking away from the conventional showroom model. We plan to continuously expand our digital-based flagship stores to offer special brand experiences to more customers.”

In conclusion, the Kia Incheon Flagship Store is a transformative space that allows customers to experience Kia’s modern approaches to vehicle sales and service, all while enjoying a more personalized and immersive shopping experience in the future of mobility.
